Donation-Based Yoga, Portland: ME Yoga. Outside. Let's do it. Stretch your hands to the actual sky, and feet into the warm earth.

This started as a place to promote outdoor donation based yoga and has grown to a platform that helps to promote donation-based yoga classes year-round in the Portland Maine area. We believe that yoga is a hugely beneficial activity and should be available to and affordable for everyone.

Head to MSSPA this Sunday at 11:30am for Horse Yoga, where your class fee helps support the incredible work of caring for rescued horses!

It’s a gentle outdoor class held alongside the herd—
move your body, calm your mind, and make a difference. 🐴

Horses, blue skies, green grass, fresh air - what's not to love! Join Ashley Flowers Yoga this Sunday, June (!) 1st for 'Poses with Ponies' at 11:30 am right here at the MSSPA, 279 River Road in Windham.
