Saturday May 24th from 7-8p. One of our community members will be leading us through a crystal bowl meditation! This is free to all, as a celebration of all the amazing self- dedication, devotion, and discipline that goes into a challenge like this. There is growth, support, confidence, and more love for yourself when you see what you are capable of! I am so proud of you all, and inspired everyday!!! All are welcome to this free event celebrating all the challengers and those that supported them, which is all of YOU!!! Closing out this 60 days with joy and inspiration!!! Bring something to lie down on….pillows blankets whatever you need to relax and let go! I look forward to this deep meditation together!

60 day challenge is almost finished! We will set a date to pull the name out of the raffle and see who will win the trip to Kauai! Our challengers got stronger and stronger by the day, they even inspired me to up my practice and do a couple doubles! It felt so good to feel the strength that comes along with taking classes so close together! We also have lots of good prizes going to our mini challengers as well! It has been a lot of fun! Thank you all for the smiling happy faces! Good luck to the challenger!
