We are closed for the weather and I would like to remind you all of two things during these chilling times.
1. Put some moisture into the air to help your dry sinuses. I have a simmer pot of cinnamon, a dried lemon and apple cores/peels
2. Wear a scarf to keep your neck warm and keep those shoulders relaxed and down. You are subconsciously holding them up, take a breath, release those muscles on the exhale and get fashion forward with a scarf. Your head and neck will thank you.
