Ending Balance January strong 💪⚖️
Here are 4 simple exercises you can try at home to challenge and improve your balance. As always, safety first—have a counter or railing nearby to grab onto if needed!

1️⃣ Heel-to-Toe Walk
Stand tall and walk in a straight line, placing the heel of one foot directly in front of the toes of the other. Move slowly and with control.

2️⃣ Three-Point Tap
Stand on one leg and lightly tap the other foot forward, to the side, and behind you. Repeat while staying balanced on the standing leg, then switch sides.

3️⃣ Semicircle Sweep
Stand on one leg and sweep the opposite leg in a controlled semicircle in front of you, keeping your core engaged and posture upright.

4️⃣ Single-Leg Marches
Stand on one leg and slowly lift the opposite knee up like you’re marching, then lower with control. Switch sides.

✨ Try 10–15 reps or 30 seconds each
✨ Go slow, stay controlled, and listen to your body
