We are very excited to be hosting SMT Adrianna Thompson this January. As part of her visit, she will be teaching her Gyrotonic Applications for Dancers Level 1 continuing education course. This course combines the kinetic fundamentals of classical and contemporary dance with the movement principles of the Gyrotonic Expansion System. This course enables both the average student and the professional dancer to understand and develop dance technique from the inside out. This holistic approach to movement teaches better body awareness, flexibility & strength, and a deeper understanding of the physiology of dance.

It is useful for advancing athletic performance and supporting increased access to artistry as well as for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

This class is appropriate for those with a working knowledge of dance fundamentals or a basic understanding of GYROTONIC® Exercise.
