After the event, I knew I wanted & needed a safe, quiet and beautiful place to land to decompress, reflect and begin the integration of all I had just experienced. Thank you and dear ones for providing this and more. The gift of silence and solitude, embracing natures calling - and of course sacred time with a few I hold close - enjoying sunsets, delicious meals, magic, art walk on and of course fun girlfriend shopping and a margarita toast to boot 🍸! What are you envisioning for yourself? See this vision and let it drop into your heart. Then practice receiving. That's it! Choose to it, and experience its ✨🙏🏻💝

Last week I experienced a 7-day retreat with Dr. Joe Dispenza that was awe inspiring in multiple ways, and on all fronts. I wish for everyone I care about, who is curious and receptive, to experience this at least once in their lifetime.
One of the highlights for me were the walking meditations. During one of them I had such a CLEAR download of my desire and intention "moving" forward in my life:
* WALKING FROM LOVE, from which I have been so blessed - along with tapping in the quantum field more now, thru my commitment to myself to meditate daily.
* WALKING IN LOVE ... by staying attuned to the present moment; and returning to this when and if my nervous system or mind takes me elsewhere.
* WALKING TOWARD LOVE ... devoted to share time at places and with people who are heart centered, open and embracing... while holding good will - always - to all.

There is so much density and depth in the knowledge and practices Dr. Joe teaches, that it's impossible to relay with words. That said, I did share a bit more about my experience with my list of gorgeous souls this week & happy to share this with you:

and...
* How do we live in a world when there are natural disasters and daily loss and suffering for so many around the world?
* How do we care and be there for those in need, while not sinking and swallowed in the turbulence and despair?
* How do we spend time in service, while focusing on what brings us joy?

This past weekend, my man surprised me with a road trip to Central Oregon, where I’d never been and he hadn’t been for 35 years.
We had quality time together.
We played good ole CD’s of Nickel Creek, Louis Prima, and Kirtan chant music as we moved thru the mountains. We went off line, glamping without wifi. We met beautiful beings along the way. And the natural world scenery was absolutely breathtaking.

While we tend to those who need and deserve our support, we MUST preserve our own life force energy as well …ENJOYing the present moments - which are ever so fleeting and precious...relishing in the glimmers and dives into wonder, discovery, adventure, joy and gratitude - always here for us.

Here were some of the moments that breathed new life into my body, heart and soul…I needed this, we needed this, we all do.

So I ask you dear friends...how are breathing life into your soul?
