Happy Friday NWWF! Most of the time our clients have average goals of building strength, learning technique or remaining consistent. Annnnnd sometimes your client stays up a little too late watching true crime docs and now wants to make sure they are physically able to outrun a serial killer 🤣🤣🤣

The workout involved a mix of cardio intervals, fast twitch muscle speed work, power work (ball slams), and some body weight strength like pull ups and push ups. Not an easy one for sure!
We have fun in our sessions at NWWF - as fitness should be! And no matter WHAT your goal is - our trainers are up to the task!
