These two handsome gentlemen stopped by our shop to try us out specifically because we carried Trailhead Coffee Roasters. If you don’t know, is a local roaster and they source all of their beans from women growers around the world and the owner, Charlie delivers the coffee on a bike! Oh, and by the way, the coffee is fantastic! And these two have spent the last five years going around Portland tasting coffees at all the different cafés. They’ve become extremely knowledgeable about the beans, the quality, etc. they were a wealth of knowledge, incredibly charismatic, and a joy! It was an honor that they chose to do a tasting at Eli Jo - now it’s your turn! ❤️☕️

New instructor alert! My name’s Aurora, and I am so excited to be taking on yoga classes Monday evenings 6:30pm at Women’s Fitness. I’m originally from Colorado, but I’ve called Oregon home for the past five years. I teach fifth grade in a small neighborhood in southwest Portland. In my free time, I love to run, ski, and paint. Creative expression is important to me, and yoga is one of my favorite ways to connect with myself and others. I’m thrilled to join the team and can’t wait to share my love of yoga with this amazing community.

POWER PUNCH- exclusive to NWWF ! Need to blow off some steam ?? Power Punch is for you - coach Jenomi teaches real boxing combos + footwork in this class. This isn’t just cardio - this is learning boxing technique with a coach who has years of experience in and out of the ring. Just when you think you’re done - she delivers some solid core work to finish off strong. If you haven’t tried Power Punch yet make sure to come through this week on Sunday at 1pm and Tuesday at 7am.
