Nia is back at NWWF! Nia fitness is a holistic, barefoot, mind-body workout blending dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts into a joyful, low-impact routine using moves to improve strength, flexibility, agility, and emotional balance. It emphasizes listening to your body and promoting overall well-being through mindful movement rather than high-impact intensity.
First Nia class will be This Wednesday at 1pm !

We are so excited to have Tudie join our team to teach this amazing class. Tudie is a mom, a minimalist, a Farmers Market fanatic, a singer and Life Coach that helps community members "let-go" of "stuff" and reclaim space in their hearts and homes. Tudie started practicing Nia in 2011 and loves sharing this Somatic Dance Fitness both indoors and out-of-doors.

a little reminder for folks - at our gym we :
clean equipment after using
put our weights away
support other gym members - offer a spot if it feels right !
step away from equipment to allow others to work in
allow each other to work in between sets !
support each other in any way possible !
if you need your phone step away from the machine and let someone else use !
take it from us the more we help and support - the stronger we are !
