New Team Training w/Jeanette: Stronger Bones, Stronger You! Spooky season is here - lets talk about your skeletons! No matter what age it's never too early to start thinking about strengthening your bones- Stronger Bones, Stronger You is focused on building better bone density through strength training. Jeanette is passionate about this topic and excited to share! Come by and try a free class to see if its a good fit for you - Mondays 12pm!

"This class is an awesome circuit-style format combining resistance training, weight-bearing movements, and balance exercises- critical for increasing bone density. Designed to stimulate osteogenesis—the process of new bone formation—using safe and effective techniques. Participants will move through a series of stations, focusing on proper form and gradually increasing resistance as they get stronger. Suitable for all fitness levels. Especially beneficial for older adults or those at risk of osteoporosis. But also for all who want to build a strong, stable, and resilient body."
