We promise to treat each patient with the highest level of respect and professionalism at all times. We will call you by your name, and take the time to get to know you, your needs and your concerns. We promise to incorporate your wishes into your treatment plan in a way that is also consistent with excellent orthodontic practice. We’ll always keep you informed of any changes in treatment to ensure the best possible orthodontic result. We endeavor to start and end each appointment on time, so you can plan the rest of your day. We don’t like unnecessary or unproductive appointments any more than you do, so we try to be as efficient and complete as possible when you visit our office. We will always make time, however, to sit down with you and discuss any treatment issues or concerns that arise. We aim to minimize the discomfort of orthodontic treatments, and address any pain-based emergencies immediately when they arise.
