Dr Carrie Staller, DC

Dr Carrie Staller, DC Dr Carrie Staller, a Chiropractor in Portland Oregon. Voted a "Top Doc" 2016-2019 Chiropractic treatments are tailored to you and your specific circumstances.

I am warmhearted, thoughtful and friendly, and my goal is to make your visit as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. I always take time to listen closely to your story, to make sure I have a complete understanding of your experience and goals. I use several different adjusting techniques, so I can easily adapt my adjustments to suit your needs and preferences. My treatment plans often include rehabilitative stretches and exercises to make sure we strengthen and protect weakened areas from further injury. I have had great success helping people who suffer from many musculoskeletal conditions, including:

- Recent or ongoing body pain
- Headaches and Migraines
- Tingling, weakness or numbness
- Pain or injury associated with computer/desk work, teaching, playing instruments, exercise, sports, or child care.
- Whiplash Injury
- Pain or injury resulting from automobile accidents or workplace injuries. I'm in-network with most major insurance panels, and also have cash rates available. I’m looking forward to helping you!

Without a doubt, many of us are feeling anxious as we navigate the uncertainty of COVID-19. We're feeling it too, and we wanted to share some of the tools we're using to take care of our minds and stay grounded.

With the increase in positive cases of COVID-19 in our community, as a preventative measure I have decided to close my practice to patients from 3/17/20 until 4/6/20.

This is a proactive effort to help flatten the curve of transmission. This means helping to keep the number of infected people at any given time low enough that hospitals do not become overwhelmed with patients experiencing more severe symptoms.

The goal here is to help protect the high-risk members of our community, including older adults, people with chronic illness or who are immune-compromised.

The symptoms can be vague or mild in much of the population, which makes it particularly easy to spread. Again the primary goal here is to slow the spread so that those who do have more severe cases that require hospitalization will be able to get the supplies and care they need.

I'll be posting information in the coming days about steps you can take, such as , to protect you and your family. I'll also post resources for those with children at home who will be homeschooling in the coming weeks.

If you have any questions, please reach out! I'd love to share information and help support our community in any way I can. Although we may be apart, we can still work together to get through this challenging time.
