Balancing while moving is a LOT easier than balancing while standing still. Case in point: I can ride a unicycle for several miles but I still need the wall to help me get into Vrksasana. It's one of those things that make me go hmmmm.

Dear Fans and Students,

After six years of teaching yoga it's time for me to take a breather. I am going on sabbatical for an unspecified amount of time. My studio will be closing its doors at the end of this month with the All-Levels Yoga class on the 30th at 6-7 pm as my final offering. Cardholders are encouraged to attend class in the time remaining. I will continue to post comics on this page as time and spirit allow. Thank you all for your help, patronage and support.

Dear Students,

This coming Sunday is Mother's Day. All moms practice for FREE in both my Sunday yoga classes. I also take a liberal view to the definition of 'mom' since being a mom to a beloved pet is OK with me. The room holds a maximum of 16 people so come early to guarantee a space for your mat. Bring a friend.
