Originally from the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Dr. Lia moved to the PNW to attend the University of Western States and has been caring for patients here ever since! 🍃

Dr. Lia takes a personalized approach to care, using gentle adjustments, instrument assisted treatments, drop table techniques, and myofascial release tailored to each patient’s needs; she also takes a special interest in treating headaches 🪴

When she’s not treating patients, you can find her exploring Portland neighborhoods, diving into a book, or listening to podcasts. 🌸
