Here’s your quick Sun Safety 101 checklist:
🧴 Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every 2 hours (more often if swimming or sweating)
🌳 Take breaks in the shade—especially between 10am and 4pm
🧃 Keep kids hydrated while playing in the sun
🛍️ Keep travel-size sunscreen in your diaper bag, stroller or car
🧺 Pack a sun safety kit for park days: sunscreen, hat, water, snacks, extra clothes
