Got a picky eater at home this summer? 😅 You’re not alone—and we’ve got you! Try offering choices in fun, mix-and-match ways like a DIY snack trays. Here are a few easy ideas that are refreshing and nutritious:

🍓 Fruit kabobs with yogurt dip
🍌 Frozen banana pops
🥒 Veggie sticks + hummus
🍇 Grapes or blueberries
🥕 Baby carrots or bell pepper strips

Sunshine is great for playtime and mood—but not so great for unprotected skin! ☀️💛 Teaching your kiddo sun-safe habits early helps protect them now and later in life.

Here’s your quick Sun Safety 101 checklist:
🧴 Apply broad-spectrum SPF 30+ every 2 hours (more often if swimming or sweating)
🌳 Take breaks in the shade—especially between 10am and 4pm
🧃 Keep kids hydrated while playing in the sun
🛍️ Keep travel-size sunscreen in your diaper bag, stroller or car
🧺 Pack a sun safety kit for park days: sunscreen, hat, water, snacks, extra clothes

Spring is here, but so are seasonal allergies! 🌸🤧 Don’t let sneezes and sniffles take the fun out of outdoor play. Help your little ones enjoy the season with these helpful tips:

🌼 Watch for symptoms like sneezing, itchy eyes, or a stuffy nose.
🚪 Keep windows closed at home and in the car to reduce pollen exposure.
💦 Rinse off after outdoor play to wash away allergens.
🧼 Don’t forget to wash clothes after time spent outside—they can carry pollen too!

Spring is around the corner, and bug bites shouldn’t bug your outdoor fun! 🐜🌳 Keep your kids safe and enjoy the fresh air with these simple tips:

🦟 Use kid-friendly insect repellent and dress them in light, long sleeves and pants.
🌿 Avoid areas with standing water where bugs love to gather.
🩹 For bites or stings, clean the area and apply a cool compress to soothe discomfort.
