🌟 Employee Spotlight: Meet Khang Le ! 🌟
Khang has been a CNA at Holladay Park Plaza for a year and a half—and it’s been a journey of growth, purpose, and connection. His role has not only deepened his passion for helping others, but also helped him discover his path: He’ll be starting nursing school next fall!
“I’ve always loved helping people,” he says. “Every day is different here, and I’m constantly learning something new from the nurses. The residents are honestly the sweetest people I’ve ever met—I really enjoy chatting with them.”
When asked what kind of person should become a CNA, Khang says it comes down to teamwork: “You need to be someone who’s willing to work with others. So much of what we do here takes teamwork—and we have a great team. Everyone is always willing to lend a hand, even if it means putting their own tasks on hold.”
We’re lucky to have Khang on our team and can’t wait to see where his nursing journey takes him!
