Rise2Health is a holistic practice led by experienced naturopath Joshua David, ND. With convenient highway access, Rise2Health is in the heart of Portland, Oregon. Dr. David dedicates himself to helping patients achieve their ideal health goals through regenerative medicine modalities and aesthetic procedures. Dr. David has been practicing for nearly 20 years and has a broad range of experience in treating both chronic and acute illnesses. He understands that masking a person’s symptoms with prescription drugs and opioids doesn’t work in the long-term. That’s why Rise2Health strives to treat health concerns at the source. Rise2Health uses holistic, integrative therapies to eliminate illnesses and injuries, such as sciatica, hip pain, low testosterone, and motor vehicle accident and sports injuries. Dr. David also treats chronic conditions like menopause, arthritis, and polycystic o***y syndrome (PCOS). Rise2Health has innovative, non-surgical therapies available to manage and eliminate a variety of different conditions. These treatments include bioidentical hormone replacement, testosterone replacement, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), prolotherapy, nutritional supplements, and thyroid therapy.
