Welcome Kaia Stone LMT as our newest massage therapist to join Zen Space!
Kaia is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in therapeutic and medical massage. Her approach centers on listening deeply, understanding each client’s history, and creating a treatment plan that supports comfort, function, and long-term relief.

Kaia was drawn to this field after seeing how massage and acupuncture helped family members living with chronic pain and autoimmune conditions. That experience shaped her belief in the value of compassionate, evidence-informed bodywork—and continues to guide her practice today.

She maintains ongoing training to stay current in the field and holds a Medical Massage Practitioner certification. Her work often includes techniques such as Trigger Point Therapy, Neuromuscular Therapy, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Myofascial Release, and Orthopedic massage principles.

Outside the treatment room, Kaia enjoys rock climbing, skateboarding, and exploring movement in new ways. These experiences continue to deepen her appreciation for how the body adapts, heals, and learns.
Kaia is currently in network with Kaiser, and is working on getting credentialed with all other major insurance companies.

Meet Molly, our newest LMT who will begin seeing patients with us this Monday, October 13th! 🎉🤗

Molly is a neurodivergent, retired professional dancer with hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, POTS, and MCAS. Her experience of over 20 years in the
dance field has given her a deep understanding of living with and managing chronic illness and pain, injury, and systemic / neurological conditions.

With empathy and compassion at the core of her work, Molly uses various structurally-based and trauma-informed approaches to engage the parasympathetic
nervous system to de (and re)-construct postural habits, tension, and guarding that may be the underlying cause of chronic pain and acute injury. She uses combined modalities tailored to each patient, including Integrative Bodywork, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral Therapy, Visceral Manipulation, Gua Sha and Cupping Therapy.

Her style has been described as gentle, patient, detailed, and intentional; meeting and supporting your body where it is in the moment. Molly’s style works very well with those easily over-stimulated and sensitive, as well as those who can tolerate
deeper, more targeted work.

Molly is beloved by her patients, who often share that they’ve never been seen, heard, or had their experiences addressed in the way Molly offers. Working with Molly is validating, refreshing, comforting, and relieving — often all at the same time. She believes in bodywork and in the people in her community of care.

Molly holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ballet from the University of Cincinnati’s college - Conservatory of Music (CCM) and received her massage therapy education from East West College of the Healing Arts. She continues receiving education through EDS Echo, and Visceral Manipulation
through the Barral Institute.

When Molly is not caring for her patients in Portland, she is busy running an organic cut flower farm in Sherwood.

Molly will be at our Corbett location on Monday and Friday afternoons/evenings and our Alberta location on Wednesday afternoons.

She is finishing up her credentialing with our clinic for most insurances! At this time, she can see BCBS, Triwest, MVA, cash and CHUSA!

Meet our newest Chiropractor who starts this week! 👏🎉

Dr. Kodi McLachlan, DC, received her Doctorate in Chiropractic from University of Western States and is a board-certified chiropractor in the state of Oregon and Washington; she is also certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners (NBCE). She is a board certified LMT in Oregon and has worked as a massage therapist for over 12 years. By combining massage therapy and chiropractic, she has an amazing ability to assess and treat both muscle and joints in your body. Dr. McLachlan has a passion for integrated health and would love to help you through her clinical knowledge and intuitive skill in holistic healing, utilizing some common chiropractic approaches including: Diversified Adjustments, Motor Vehicle accident treatments, Trigger Point Therapy, Pin and Stretch Therapy, Heat /Ice Therapy, Rehabilitative Exercises and Therapeutic Stretching, Medical Massage, Craniosacral Therapy, cupping, gentle adjustment with activator, Webster method.

Beginning this Friday, October 3rd, she will be working at our Alberta location on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. She can currently see patients who’s insurances we take at Zen Space (with the exception of Moda, as we wait for credentialing to clear at this time). She can also see MVA, Cash, CHUSA and Workers comp at this time.

This week, we’re thrilled to have our newest LMT, Amy begin seeing massage patients with us! 💃🥳

Amy is a graduate of the National Holistic Institute in Los Angeles, California and has been practicing Massage Therapy since 2015. Originally from Ohio, she spent 14 years in California before settling in Portland, where she is delighted to call home.

With a firm yet nurturing touch, Amy combines intuition with technique to create a massage experience that is both therapeutic and deeply relaxing. She listens closely to each client’s needs, tailoring pressure and approach to ease tension and restore balance—leaving both body and mind feeling renewed and re-energized.

Outside of her practice, Amy enjoys spending time with her two beloved cats, cooking and baking, and cozying up by the fireside with a good book. She also loves exploring Portland on long walks and giving back to her community through pet sitting.

Amy can currently see MVA, Cash, CHUSA, Workers comp, prenatal and Chiropractic assistant patients. She is currently credentialed with Heraya / Kaiser (CHP). However, we are working on getting her credentialing with all major insurances that we accept.

Meet Charlotte! Charlotte is a bodyworker who specializes in integrative massage for pain and injury recovery as well as for nervous system and emotional balance.
She uses a combination of approaches to help you feel better and more present, and move with less pain and more freedom.

Charlotte’s massage practice is rooted in the unfolding of holistic wellness, self-awareness, co-regulation, and healing partnerships. A session can include any of these: Swedish massage, myofascial release, cupping, trigger point, craniosacral therapy, neurovascular release, and hot DermoNeuroModulating. She graduated from the University of Western States massage therapy program in 2012.

Charlotte has experienced a lifelong love being out among trees and rivers as well as expressing the present moment through dance and poetry. She believes in the body’s innate ability to heal—and in the power of a well-timed pause.

Charlotte is currently credentialed with CHP, while in the process of getting credentialed with the other insurance companies. She can also been see patients with MVA or workers comp claims, or with Cash or CHUSA.

Meet Desiree Serrano, LAc. Desiree is a double-board certified acupuncturist who brings a holistic, integrative approach to healing that combines traditional healing principles with evidence-based care. Her clinical focus is rooted in Psychoneuroimmunology, which explores how the mind, nervous system, and immune system interact to influence health. This perspective allows her to support patients facing complex conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, gut imbalances, mental health challenges, and women’s health concerns.

She is committed to creating a safe and compassionate space where individuals feel truly seen, heard, and supported. Desiree believes that feeling safe in your body is not a luxury; it is the foundation of healing. To support this, she uses a gentle yet effective needling technique that helps calm the nervous system and activates the body’s natural capacity for repair. By addressing both the emotional and physical roots of illness, she helps shift not only symptoms but the entire landscape of the body toward greater balance and resilience.

A few weeks back, we welcomed our newest Licensed Massage Therapist to the team, Graey Vincent! 👏👏👏

Graey is a non-binary, filipino-American with an M.S in Yoga Therapy and a License in Massage Therapy.

Graey uses both modalities to inform treatment plans that help reduce, manage, and eliminate symptoms of suffering within the biopsychosocial self. A typical session with Graey may include Myofascial Release Techniques, Swedish Relaxation, Traditional Thai, Sports Massage, Deep Tissue, or PNF work.

Outside of the wellness world Graey enjoys rock climbing, sand volleyball, and competitive pole dancing. They grew up on the Gulf Coast beaches, but their favorite part about living in the Pacific Northwest is the opportunity to relax during rainy days and breathe in fresh mountain air. Graey often feels most alive and connected when hiking, slack-lining, or practicing yoga.
