What's coming in the news is gonna be worse than the emails - photos and probably videos. This level of depravity is more than our nervous systems can handle.

If you're an empath, high sensitive, survivor or someone already hanging on emotionally - it is time to check out. turn off the news, unfollow people who will be covering this on socials for awhile, and turn your attention to what gives you energy.

We don't need the details.
Please take care of yourself.
We need to keep shining our light, especially now.

We live our lives in emotional survival mode - running from, or pushing away the voice inside that needs witnessing to finally heal. It's exhausting. And keeps us from our full body expression of being alive.

I'm here to let you know that giving space and attention to the still hurting parts of you can be so loving and nurturing and comforting while you're doing it. To go from crying to laughing in a 60 minute session with me is not only possible, but almost guaranteed.

And freeing. So fu***ng freeing.

If the idea of being free from a lifetime of ongoing emotional pain does something in your body or heart - Trust that as a signal from your higher self that this is your work to do right now.

A friend made a post today that is an eery parallel to a blog I wrote yesterday. It said " It's crazy how peaceful life comes when you realize it's not your responsibility to regulate other people's emotions, manage their insecurities, pacify their inner wars, heal their wounds or be the version of you in their heads."
