When ever I make a habit or dietary change, I like to keep a written record of how I feel. I also find that this helps my patients get a better sense of how what they are doing effects them! 💪🧠🫁🫀. Tracking can seem like a pain at first but I find that as human’s any extra time we spend asking ourselves “How do I feel?” Is time we’ll spent.🙌. I put together a super simple tracking chart for pranayama that I’m using to help me keep track! I hope it’s useful for you too.
