Just like the song, exercises are cumulative, so by day 12 you're doing all 12 exercises! Modify the exercises to the best of your ability level.

1 minute planking
2 minutes jogging
3 pushups
4 inverted rows
5 burpees
6 mountain climbers
7 squats
8 pullups/assisted pullups
9 bicycle crunches
10 thrusters
11 jumping jacks
12 lunges

We would like to remind everyone of sauna etiquette:
• Workout clothes, street clothes, shoes or sauna suits are not permitted.
• Sit on a towel
• No exercise or yoga
• The sauna is not a clothes dryer
• Close the door
• Silence is golden
• Keep your hands and eyes to yourself
• Leave your electronics outside.
• Remember to ask before you do anything that affects other. It is a shared space.
