At the heart of Qigong is transformation. Transforming what?
Transforming the physical body so it can function more efficiently with greater ease and vitality. Transform how you deal with your emotions so that there is greater stability. And transform your connection within yourself so that you can connect with the world and your environment.
Come join me and explore the foundations that can transform your life!

You will have the opportunity to learn:
Stretches to release habitual tension
Bio-mechanics of posture
Qigong breathing
The correct locations of energetic centers such as the lower dan Tian
How to utilize the power of your center of gravity
How to activate the lower dan tian, the major energetic motor of the body
Learn the movements of Ji Ben Qigong, an important set of movements that open, release, and energize the entire body

This workshop serves as the foundational class for the Neigong class that meets every Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. It also serves as the prerequisite for the Foundations of Qigong I, a 10-month program that meets one weekend per month, Friday night and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Cost: $80.

Below you will find the class schedule for Stephen’s teachings starting Friday, January 8, 2021.
Our classes will be both online and in-person; please check the schedule below for times, dates, and location. Let us know if you are unable to meet in person as arrangements can be made.
Please bring your full payment to the first in-person class (Saturday Jan 9th) unless you have made other arrangements with Page.
In-person classes will be held OFF-SITE at the Fulton Community Center where we can meet social-distancing requirements. Masks are required during in-person meetings.

Acupuncturist Stephen Schleipfer is looking to rent fragment-free treatment rooms to local massage therapists 1-2 days a week. This would include: treatment room stocked with clean sheets, electric height-adjustable treatment tables, air-filters, music, and Biotone Advanced Therapy Massage Cream. Treatment space would be available Mondays and Fridays. Two rooms available! One room for one day a week is $400 per month.
For $500 a month, you can choose to use our scheduler (supplying your own clients).
Oregon Massage Therapist License required.
