Recently, I have had the honor of working with a military recruit who I not only treat their injuries, but focus on training and performance. Last night we did a hike in the rain and dark through the forest.  I hiked the 1st mile with him so I can get a gauge on his pace to calculate what time I needed to meet him for his final mile. He didn't know how long he was hiking. When I caught up with him, he was well ahead of pace, carrying a pack and wasn't even using a flashlight or headlamp. Way to exceed expectations and exude last night that you're the toughest thing in the forest.

It is hard to imagine my 18th Joint Commission on Sports Medicine and Science most of which representing the American Chiropractic Association Sports Council. I anticipate this will be my last year.
