Happy Sunday! If you come to the studio to take a class today or visit the Cafe to grab a healthy snack, please be sure to bid Holly farewell! Holly is moving onto her next adventure and we wish her only the best! Holly has been at the forefront of O’Vive Cafe when we took over the space over a year ago! She has been an amazing leader, innovator and collaborator and we will miss her infectious bright smile and warm disposition! Thank you, Holly for paving the way and setting the bar high at O’Vive! Shamrock Smoothie:
Avocado, spinach, mint, honey, yogurt and oat milk

Veggie Toast:
Beet hummus, cucumber, pickled onion, and bell pepper topped with goat cheese and balsamic drizzle.

Empower Mint Tea Latte:

Matthew (a Licensed Massage Therapist with over 20 years of experience) will introduce a five technique sequence that calms the nervous system, clears stagnant chi, and stretches out tight necks, feet and arms. This is a great, no-pressure way to finally get that friend of yours to a yoga class with you! We recommend our “Modo” class as a starting point as it’s slower-paced and focuses on breath & alignment.

Our Story

Modo hot yoga is a unique yoga series that combines the precision of therapeutic yoga and the foundations of traditional yoga in a specially heated room. The series is a cardiovascular workout that strengthens, tones and loosens the muscles, while calming the mind and reducing stress.

The 'hot' in hot yoga allows for deep, safe stretching and promotes detoxification of the skin, blood and muscles through sweat. Every class orients students to everyday vitality and long term health. Most classes are suitable for all levels of ability, even ABSOLUTE beginners with limited flexibility!
