Three Rivers Wellness offers compassionate person-centered health care in the form of acupuncture, shiatsu and other complementary medical modalities in order to nurture resilience in face of stress, disease, pain and suffering. This process is collaborative and evolving, where practitioner and patient work together to establish a personalized sense of health. Health and healing go beyond the absence of disease and includes an integreated sense of the whole being which includes the physical, psychological and social aspects of the self. Lynn Teo, LAc, MSc, MAOM has been working in complementary medicine for over a decade and has over 6000 hours of training. Specializing in chronic pain conditions, Lynn practices Japanese-style acupuncture, shiatsu therapy, and several other complementary modalties, enabling her the tailor treatments to the specific needs of her patients. Lynn is a compassionate practitioner that works collaboratively with her patients towards their health goals.

This experiential class is designed to decrease stress and anxiety, and nurture emotional resilience and regulation during the pandemic. My hope is that you end class feeling relaxed and a little better than when you started to set you up for a good week ahead.

Classes will include: a relaxation and body scan, gentle stretches, immune strengthening qi gong, self-shiatsu & acupressure, breathing techniques and meditation.

Attend online or practice on your own. Recordings will be made available to all registrants.
