Where are all my pumpkin Spice people at!? Comment below if you wanna make this!

This On Guard Pumpkin Spice Smoothie is amazing! A must-have to kick off the Fall Season and only takes 5 min to make.

Ingredients
1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
½ cup pumpkin puree
½ cup vanilla yogurt
2 frozen bananas
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie seasoning
2–3 drops doTERRA On Guard® Protective Blend
1 cup ice
Instructions
Combine all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
If desired, add some whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon.

For a vegan recipe, replace the milk and yogurt with one can of coconut milk.
