“Being innovative, to me, means not being afraid to fail. Trying and failing and trying again,” says Erin Bruce, Medicare Pharmacy Senior Manager and winner of the Cambia Value Award for Innovation.
In her short time at Cambia, Erin has already made a major difference in the lives of the people we serve. As the architect of our Pharmacy Engagement Program, Erin’s work has strengthened relationships between provider groups and our network management and clinical teams. Her work has helped create a program that is now a go-to resource for network management’s clinical pharmacy needs.
We’re inspired by Erin’s dedication to improving processes and outcomes, and are thrilled to recognize her with this honor. Please join us in congratulating her in the comments!
“We can’t serve people we don’t know, so by helping people in our community, we get to know them better,” shares Saavedra Gonzales, Internal Audit Tech Data Analyst and this year’s winner of the Cambia Value Award for Inclusiveness.
In her 15 years at Cambia, Saavedra has been a true embodiment of our value “Be Inclusive,” from co-founding the Home of Latinxs and Allies Employee Resource Group (HOLA ERG) to starting a grassroots mentorship program in partnership with other ERG members. She and her cofounders saw that people wanted mentors but didn’t know how to connect with one, so they set up a working plan and pilot tapping into their extensive internal network to ensure diverse representation from across the company.
Saavedra has made Cambia a more inclusive and connected place to be. We’re thrilled to recognize her with this honor, please join us in congratulating her in the comments!
