Our coordinated care transition bridges residential treatment to independent living. With three Victorian residences (45 beds), an urban campus, and a 120-acre therapeutic ranch, our program provides truly unique resources blending urban and wilderness environments. Foundation House showed up strong at the 2026 Pond Hockey Tournament at the Cape Community Arena. Big shoutout to our Alumni for bringing the skill, the chemistry, and the competitiveness all weekend long, with plenty of support from the FH crew braving the elements and showing love from the stands!

This past week we checked out The Square Portland Music Studio for the first time and the guys loved it. We worked on new sections, layered melodies, and made some big progress on the piano track we’ve been building together over the last few sessions. Travis even popped in to hear the track and see how it’s all done behind the scenes.

Hear from Dano on what made this bluebird day at Sunday River so special.
The mountain was wide open compared to December, and for a couple of the guys it was their very first time on skis. Watching them get after it and have such a strong day made it one to remember!

We headed back to Sunday River this week and scored a perfect bluebird day. The mountain was wide open, the conditions were ideal, and a few of the guys got to ski for the very first time. Everyone was helping each other out and cheering each other on as they got better and better throughout the day. Looking forward to going back in March!

Our latest Flag Football session brought the energy.
Tyler, an FH alum, joined us and shared a simple reminder that stuck:

Learning how to have fun while sober is a big part of the journey.

Whether it is sports, games, or just being around the community, finding ways to laugh and connect makes all the difference. Lots of good plays and plenty of laughs were had at this flag football session at the Portland Dome!

Last week we hit the ice at the William B. Troubh Ice Arena for hockey drills, a game, and plenty of time learning on skates.
For a few of us, it was our first time ever stepping onto the ice, which made the day even better. Getting out of our comfort zones and having fun together is what it is all about.
