Substitutes - Needed in all program areas in both Portland and Wi******er - make some extra money by working on-call as needed in waiver and residential home settings, day programs, etc. Current rate is $14.00/hour with wage increase upon completion of 90-day probationary period.

DSP- Full and Part time positions 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift openings, Team members will provide comprehensive supervision, training, and assistance in the areas of daily living skills and/or community integration. Starting rate is $14.00/hr. with wage increase upon completion of 90-day probationary period.

Accredited high school diploma or HSE is preferred for Direct Care positions. Must pass drug screen paid by JRDS and have 2-step TB testing. Full-time and part-time staff receives paid-days off benefit and paid holidays. Thrift Store Sales Associate-Part-Time position (18hrs/week) in the Alley 58 Thrift Store. Scheduled hours are 12:00pm-6pm, three days a week. Position will be responsible for customer assistance; cash handling procedure; donation processing; visual merchandising; cleaning the store; and closing. Starting rate is $12.00/hour.

Administrative Assistant/Client Scheduling & Data-
Full- time position responsible for administrative duties, clerical functions, monitoring client medical appointments, eligibility, and client data entry. The starting rate for this position will be $15.20 with an increase after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.

Full-time LPN position responsible for health coordination for individuals served with special needs in Day Programming, Waiver Homes, and Group Homes. Most duties are completed in the office during day shift hours Monday-Friday. Some calls are taken after agency hours. Must be able to comprehend and implement State regulations and standards for special needs clients. Applicant must have a current state nursing license. The starting rate for this position will be $21.00/hour+ $.25 per year experience from initial pay with a maximum of $25.00/hr. Increase after successfully completing the 90-day probationary period.

Community Waiver Lead Manager/ DHI Lead –Full-time, hourly position available. Position will supervise and coordinate the Community Waiver program and DHI-Day Habilitation Individual program. Manager will use Person Centered Plans to coordinate service and staffing hours, as well as approving billing notes. Responsible for ensuring staff provide quality and appropriate care for the individuals. Prefer degree in related area or training/work experience.
