Sorig Khang Portland: Traditional Tibetan Medicine A local group to support the study and practice of Traditional Tibetan Medicine and the Yuthok Nyingthik under the guidance of Dr Nida Chenagtsang

Sorig Khang Portland was created in 2015 in collaboration with Dr Nida Chenagtsang, the International Academy for Traditional Tibetan Medicine (iattm.net), and the Sorig Institute (soriginstitute.org) in order to provide the local Portland, OR community with a space to gather for group practices in the Yuthok Nyingthik lineage and studies in Sowa Rigpa. We gather monthly for Ganapujas, group ngondro practices, and Medicine Buddha healing meditation. Additionally, special classes and urban immersions are offered in Tibetan Nejang (healing yoga) and other topics connected with Tibetan Medicine.
