Office manager position
Overview: Individual will run and facilitate most day to day operations. You would be the main point of contact between our providers, clients, and other health facilities - so excellent customer service (and experience) is a must.
Both of our providers are working in the clinic and are seeing patients in person - you would be required to provide in clinic time, but there is possibility for some remote work. Due to COVID precautions, we have strict policies on distancing and cleaning that you would also be part of maintaining.
We are looking for individuals who have a passion for the medical field and are phenomenal communicators
Responsibilities:
Running day to day operations and assist with development and implementation of systems and procedures
Answering phones, email messages, and messages within our electronic health records system (CHARM EHR); sorting and sending faxes
Maintaining appropriate documentation - patient and clinic specific
Communicating with outside contractors to maintain accounts (ie bookkeeper, accountant, lab and supplier representatives)
Running and maintaining inventory for products and lab supplies
Running regular and quarterly reports and assessments
Light cleaning including sanitizing common surfaces throughout the day
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or qualified on-the-job training
Strong communication skills with people from all walks of life including providers, medical professionals, co-workers, & clients
Able to assist with effective development, implementation, and evaluation of systems and processes
Willingness to coach and train others; strong delegation skills
Medical office experience with a knowledge of alternative healthcare modalities is a welcome bonus
Knowledgeable and capable of learning various electronic systems including - CHARM EHR, Quickbooks Online, electronic fax/fax modem systems, google drive systems including docs/spreadsheets
Previous HIPAA training & CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification
Any experience with social media engagement a plus
Currently seeking 20-30 hours per week with room to increase based on office needs - goal is full time position (40+) with benefits within 6 months of hiring.
