You are invited! Gather your friends, family, and neighbors together for a morning focused on celebrating our amazing hearts. The annual American Heart Association Heart & Stroke Walk offers activities for the entire family, opportunities to honor individuals who have been impacted by heart disease, as well as several ways to help raise awareness to the cause.

It's free to join a team and walk with us on Saturday, June 7.

This event is being held in Portland, Oregon – our homebase for Basecamp – but AHA walks are held across the nation throughout the year. You can follow the link to search for an event near you or choose to sign up as part of our Basecamp team and simply make a date with yourself or others to walk on behalf of heart health.

Lucky 13! Our annual free 5K program, Heart to Start, recently wrapped 12 weeks of training as participants celebrated completion of their goals during February, American Heart Month. The Providence Heart to Start 5K|10K sold out once again with community members and program participants honoring their amazing hearts by walking or running at Cook Park in Oregon and from places around the world.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the training program and/or the community 5K|10K event. We hope to see you again next season! We ❤ You!

The FIT Project is a 12-week, self-led program that fits into your family's schedule. Enjoy information and support from experts in nutrition, fitness, and wellness and fun activities to engage the entire family.
