We are feeling lucky to welcome Sarena onto our team as Elk Rock Project Assistant!
You will find her in our info inbox, and occasionally in-person at both ERY locations, helping everything run smoothly.

Sarena was first introduced to yoga at 10 years old, and it has found her again and again ever since. At 18, she completed her 200-hour Teacher Training in California, before moving to Portland for college. She now calls Portland home, and lives with her partner and their 2 dogs and 2 cats. When not practicing yoga asanas, she loves experimenting with art, exploring, crafting delicious soups, and admiring the sky.

In addition to her Elk Rock position, Sarena works with children, teaches kids-yoga throughout Portland schools, and assists her partner in running their small, local tufting business.
