This Saturdays full moon 🌕 is extremely potent. It is during the Neptune and Jupiter Conjunction, has a cardinal T square and creates a mystic kite. At the same time Mercury is coming conjunct to Uranus. The energy of this is helping to breakthrough the barriers in our mind, release what is blocking your light, and fully step into your power to Believe in your Big dreams.

With Pluto joining this full moon right before it goes retrograde at the end of the month, it is just a precursor to the deep transformation on the horizon. 🌈

Let the spring air carry away what no longer serves you. This Full moon is a great time to do your favorite releasing rituals. It is a great time for spring cleaning, clearing clutter, to do a cleanse. Clearing out the old to make space for the new, for your big dreams to come in.

This new moon 🌑 is potent. The sun and the moon have come together with Jupiter, which amplifies anything it is near. In Pisces, we are focused on our visions, our dreams. At the same time Mars and Venus are still completely conjunct and they have come to meet Pluto in Capricorn ♑ , transforming our interaction of the divine masculine and feminine as well as transforming our relationship to our passion, our energy. Is it heart aligned, or bringing you harmony? As well Mercury has joined Saturn in Aquarius, reflecting the contrast in our external structures and internal mindset. All of these aspects are taking place in the transpersonal signs.

The Key Themes of this new moon is planting new seeds for our vision, our passion that is heart aligned and in harmony with our spirit, and then addressing the thoughts that bring contrast.

Pisces Season begins today. Also today the moon is opposite Neptune in Pisces. All of these are very watery, creative, sensitive, intuitive, spiritual vibrations. Today is very much a day to just be in that yin, watery place. Follow the flow of your spirit, of your body, your emotions. What happens when you let that part take the lead? Use this next month to really dive into trusting your intuition and Spirit.

The only way to learn how to do that takes trust. Building trust takes validation. But to get validation, you must first take the leap of faith. Ask yourself one question a day where you will let your intuition guide you, and commit to following it. It may be asking yourself what you need to eat today, how you can take care of yourself. Also, i love to do it when I am leaving the house, ask what I need to take. Commit this month to asking yourself one question a day where you will follow your intuition, give yourself the opportunity to validate your intuition and build trust.💫

In Tropical Astrology this Full moon is in 28 degrees of Leo, giving it a fiery, creative, loving, spontaneous and joyful energy. It is also aligned with the Lion's gate, the space between Cancer and Leo constellations. Many of you have probably heard of the Lion's gate Portal on August 8 (8/8). It occurs when the sun is aligned with the Lion's gate, also where the fixed star Sirius is located. This full moon, the Moon will be in the Lion's gate, conjunct the fixed star Regulus, associated with Archangel Raphael, the healer. This full moon is definitely a portal and activation, but more in the intuitive, magical energy of the moon. It is associated with fertility and birthing, an important time to activate creation at the level of the heart; create with strength, courage and joy what is in your heart. With this, comes healing, at the heart level, something that is a theme of this year beginning with the potent Venus retrograde.

Heartmath research has shown the impact of the heart, the electromagnetic field of the heart is potent, and the more that we intentionally work with the energy of the heart we are amplifying those vibrations. The Electromagnetic field affects how our DNA folds up, which affects what parts of our DNA is replicated. This is one way that our emotions and stress affect our health and healing. This is one way that we can intentionally benefit ourselves and change your DNA. It has also been shown that between parents and children, and those who are close, that the frequency of their heart and brain will be in sync. Hello! Today I would love to talk to you about what I do. It has always been hard for me to really find the words to describe it, since no one else really does what I do.

I have studied and combine many modalities.
In person, I combine Acupuncture, Shiatsu Bodywork, and CranioSacral to help you tap into your Body and Being's innate healing wisdom that includes physical, emotional, mental and spiritual healing.

During COVID I took the plunge to take my services online where I founded Quantum Healing Astrology, to use Astrology for healing and personal growth, as well as Journey Meditation and coaching.

A Tribute to Thich Nhat Hanh who passed away at midnight on 1/22/2022 in Vietnam. A person who saw so much suffering and dedicated his life to serving others. A Bodhisattva.

I have no doubt that he will continue to guide immeasurable numbers of people after his passing.

I remember my first exposure to his teachings. His book on anger. At the time I was a troubled teen, struggling with cutting, self loathing, and all my anger turned inward. I remember coming to the party in the book that talked about embracing, nurturing and caring for your anger, as if it was a newborn. I couldn't even imagine being able to do that. It took several years to stop self harming, and decades to heal from self-loathing, and even more to hold my anger. I wouldnt say I am caring for the anger as a newborn, but I am on my journey.

He was an early teacher that taught me mindfulness. There is a profundity in his passing and yet I know things will continue. Even the time and date of his passing. The date adds up to 11, the new cycle beginning again, and midnight, another new beginning. He is still here teaching in profound ways, if you are mindful, you can observe it.

Full Moon in Cancer at 27 degrees. This Full moon is opposite Pluto in Capricorn helping us to release and transform our illusions of power and control. Pluto is the god of the underworld and Venus is still on her journey through the underworld. What are the deep places that you have been in recently? Where are you being asked to surrender superficial control and to step deeper into the source of your power?

This is a good time to be doing shadow work. Remembering that shadow is not bad, it is neutral. Shadow is just the part where the light is not shining. The mere process of looking into the shadow is the process of bringing it into the light. Sometimes there is this notion or perception that we must cut out the shadows. Even the term releasing can be misjudging what we must do. We don't need to get rid of the shadow, but the reaction to the shadow. The notion that the shadow is separate or less than our light. Shadow and light bring contrast, and contrast brings clarity.

Today we begin Mercury Retrograde in Aquarius. It is time to align our thoughts with the collective unconscious for the highest good of the all. To have right speech. What does that mean to you? This process of transforming our thoughts, releasing the focus on power and control will be prevalent for this Mercury Retrograde transit. it carries a powerful Plutonian theme, and especially since it is also linked with the current Venus retrograde, also having plutonian themes. This is an important step as we usher in the aquarian age. Allow this transit to transform what is ready on the mental realm.
