The team at Absolute Health would like to wish you a happy new year! We want to make this the healthiest year yet, and have come up with a list of resolutions to make that happen!
1. Stay hydrated. It is important to drink at least 125 ounces of water each day to ensure that your body and brain can function at their best.
2. Choose cleaner, whole foods over those that are convenient. Prepping a homemade meal may take a bit longer than takeout, but the benefits are well worth the effort.
3. Take vitamins daily, especially vitamins C and D in the winter months to help combat sickness and compensate for the lack of sunlight.
4. Take a moment each day to take a few deep breaths and focus on yourself. Even a few seconds can help relieve significant amounts of stress and improve the quality of your mental state.
5. Lastly, get regular chiropractic adjustments! Realigning your body will allow you to be more comfortable and move more freely throughout the new year.
