What better way to show some love this Valentine’s Day then to commit to and honor your own weight loss program?

So often we are “doing for others” while compromising our own desires and best interests — for many of us this relates to sticking to our weight loss commitment — this may mean losing our weight loss momentum.

Many of our clients do so well on their own but when faced with pressure from family like “I made this cake just for you” or from friends “you don’t need to lose weight; just have a bite”, or from co-workers “oh you can have a drink; it won’t hurt you” – we cave and go off our diets.
