This week we have a hearty steak and bean salad that gets scooped over fresh greens and drizzled in a vibrant cilantro lime dressing.

Easy (practically no-cook, not counting the rice) salmon nori tacos that will cure any sushi craving.

Aaand a simple veg-packed crunchy salad that pairs well with the tacos or as a side with any cooked/grilled protein.

Brunch, dinner, and dessert recipes that Dad will love!

If he loves Mexican food, make him migas for breakfast! It’s vegetarian, but you can easily serve bacon or sausage with it. I’m obsessed!

For dinner, we’re making probably my favorite way to eat steak - “au poivre”. If he loves a good steak, he’ll go bananas for this one!

And for dessert, I’m sharing what I think is the best chocolate chip cookie recipe out there from the genius behind Broma Bakery.
