🍴WEEK 242 COOKING CLUB MENU
This week we’re making a brothy cod that gets gently simmered in a coconut corn 🌽 broth with lots of veggies.
We have one of my favorite peachy 🍑 salads that is packed with flavor and texture.
And a no-cook protein and veggie packed sandwich (sando) that makes the perfect lunch on a hot day.
Plus! A delicious peach smoothie to use up any leftover coconut milk.
