Meet Dr. Elizabeth Emrick, ND, a naturopathic resident physician under the mentorship of Dr. Rebecca Sand.
She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) and holds a Bachelor’s in Public Health from Tulane University.
Dr. Emrick’s clinical focus includes hormones, fertility, and the gut–brain–skin axis. Her integrative approach combines abdominal therapy, functional medicine, and emotional awareness to address the root causes of imbalance. Patients describe her care as intuitive, curious, and deeply grounding — a blend of science, sensitivity, and genuine connection.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys exploring Oregon’s outdoors with her husband, cat, and dog, and discovering new corners of Portland’s food scene.
