I'll be real with you—these last few months have felt like moving through a storm without much shelter. So much uncertainty, the constant emotional pivoting, the pressure to show up strong even when you're running on fumes—it's a lot. It's been a wild ride for the nervous system, and mine has definitely felt the tremors.
How about you? Maybe life isn't exactly following the script you envisioned. Maybe you're playing the “rock” for everyone around you—family, friends, community—even when you're feeling anything but solid. or maybe everything is just... a bit much lately. Like you're constantly stuck in “fight or flight” mode with no real pause button.
If any of that hits close to home, I want you to know you're not alone. And I'd be grateful for the opportunity to help you rediscover a sense of peace, calm and contentment and support you in finding your way back to center.
That's why I'm offering something new: Shantastic Touchtone—a space to recalibrate, recharge, and reconnect with a sense of peace, calm, and genuine contentment. A gentle, restorative offering to help soothe the frayed edges, Think of it as a nervous system reset meets soulful realignment.
Shantastic Touchtone is a practice that incorporates supported restorative positioning, massage, and guided meditation. This is a fully clothed session with a deep focus on resting the central nervous system.
If your body and spirit are craving this kind of care, I invite you to take the next step—come on in and experience the transformation for yourself.
Your nervous system will thank you.
For the next month, I will be offering these sessions at a $10 discount.
Take care and hope to see you here soon.
