Val's Fitness Club Val provides one-on-one coaching to her clients to meet their fitness and nutrition goals.

Val's Fitness Team provides one-on-one coaching to their clients through exercise routines, resistance training, core, balance, flexibility and posture exercises, while providing nutrition awareness and guidance to meet their clients' specific goals. Proper Exercise coupled with Good Nutrition, are the main contributors to long term health, stress reduction, and remaining toned and fit. It is our goal to show you how to reach and maintain your health and fitness goals most effectively. Our method will make the process enjoyable, will make your goals attainable, and will educate you on maintaining your fitness achievements over the long term.
