The Hope Connection is offering a 5 week parenting/caregiver seminar/group utilizing Dan Siegal's Strategies from his amazing book The Whole Brain Child. If you have a child under 12 and are struggling with how to navigate challenges of parenting, this group is for you.

When: Thursdays starting January 18th and runs through February 15th

Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm

The Hope Connection will be offering an Anger Management group starting in January of 2023.
This 5- week in person Saturday group offers an opportunity for participants to work on conflict resolution, healthy emotion expression, self-control, reality-based responding and do much more.

When: Saturdays- January 14th-February 11th
Where: The Hope Connection- 2855 Hayes Street, suite 201 Newberg
Time: 10am-1pm
