Founded in 2007, MENTOR Oregon supports hundreds of adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as adults with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and Mental Health Issues, and youth who have complex emotional and behavioral challenges. We work side by side with the individuals we support, their families, our caregivers, and other human services professionals to develop personalized support plans that fit each person’s strengths and abilities. Through our range of services and supports, we help individuals of all abilities learn, grow, and become increasingly independent. Whether the need is for intensive, short-term treatment or long-term care and support, MENTOR Oregon provides personal services to help each person thrive in the communities that they call home. At MENTOR Oregon, we believe in the power of relationships, community integration, and personal choice, because we’ve seen the positive outcomes they yield for the individuals and families we support. MENTOR Oregon offers adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and medically complex conditions the supports they need to reach their full potential in the communities they call home. We also provide services for individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and mental health challenges. We specialize in creating individualized programs that combine personal choice and community integration with professional oversight, family involvement, and stability. MENTOR Oregon is a partner of The MENTOR Network, a national network of local human services providers. Our home- and community-based services for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities include: • Residential Services • Brokerage Services • Supported Living • Employment Services • Alternative to Employment Our services for individuals with ABI and mental health challenges include residential programs and vocational services.
