Founded in 2007, MENTOR Oregon supports hundreds of adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, as well as adults with Acquired Brain Injuries (ABI) and Mental Health Issues, and youth who have complex emotional and behavioral challenges. We work side by side with the individuals we support, their families, our caregivers, and other human services professionals to develop personalized support plans that fit each person’s strengths and abilities. Through our range of services and supports, we help individuals of all abilities learn, grow, and become increasingly independent. Whether the need is for intensive, short-term treatment or long-term care and support, MENTOR Oregon provides personal services to help each person thrive in the communities that they call home.
