It's been a long time since I had any new ventures to update here.......but it's finally time!

I am now seeing clients in person for Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Craniosacral, Polarity Therapy, Holistic Pelvic Care, and Myofascial Release bodywork sessions at RituaLuna Wellness in Sellwood. Located above Relish restaurant - entrance is behind the Relish patio, upstairs and to the left on the landing.

It's finally happening! After years of people asking *when* are you going to teach another movement class, the answer is Tuesday nights, starting on May 13th. Classes are $60 for a 6-class card or $15 to drop-in. 7:00-8:30pm on Tuesdays at Kwan Yin Healing Arts East: 3115 NE Sandy Blvd #231 (in The Bindery on the second floor)

This class is designed to bring you physically and energetically into your Pelvic Bowl using strengthening and aligning exercises as well as some basic belly dance movements.

YES! This is power-full. We are all products of a divine birth. We all came from the divine womb. We all passed through the body of a woman. That is enough.
