Signature Health is a healthcare provider located in SW Portland. We offer chiropractic, acupuncture and massage therapy services at our facility inside the West Hills Office Plaza. We believe that a multi-disciplinary approach to treating conditions is the most effective, which is why we provide chiropractic, acupuncture, massage, and sports therapy at the same location. Our team is responsible for successfully rehabilitating hundreds of individuals with injuries ranging from minor lower back pain to more serious bodily injuries.
