It’s been a while since I’ve posted, and I’m going to try to be more consistent—because I’ve been getting so many questions about my practice and what exactly it is that I do. But don’t hold me to it.
One of the first things I want to say is this: I believe rest is radical.
Slowing down. Sensing. Feeling all the feels. Tuning into nature. Giving our nervous systems the opportunity to switch into a low, steady hum. What an absolute gift. What a privilege.
What does this have to do with my work? Everything.
We live in a world where we are inundated with stimulation all day—and often all night. Phones, noise, children, stress, lights. My work supports people in finding homeostasis by offering a reflection of what that regulated state can feel like.
Naturopathic medicine is a commitment. It’s a deeper undertaking for those who truly want to create a lifestyle that supports everything else they want to do in their lives. It takes time. It slows us down. It asks us to go inward.
Acupuncture is many things—and can support just about anything. One of my favorite analogies is to think of it as self-care you don’t have to work for. You show up. I guide your body through a treatment. And the magic happens while you rest.
Most people leave feeling deeply relaxed and centered. And if you’re someone who burns the candle at both ends, you might feel tired afterward. That’s not a bad thing. It’s often a gentle truth-telling—showing you where your energy actually is once cortisol, stress, and caffeine step aside.
In simple terms, I support people with:
• anxiety + depression
• gut health
• hormones (periods, fertility, pregnancy, postpartum)
• injuries
• stress
• chronic illness
If you’re ever unsure whether what I do can help you, you can always reach out and ask.
It’s been such a delight getting to know more of you in this new space. I can’t wait to meet the rest of you here.
