PDX Points offers travel-to-you acupuncture and herbal medicine, and massage (shiatsu, reflexology) for home, school (K-12, university), and business in the Portland Metro Region. I offer negotiable, flexible contracts for schools and businesses and have sliding scale pricing available for individuals. I specialize in treating complex biomedical conditions, mental-emotional well-being, and chronic pain, and seek to share practices that have helped ease my journey and create more meaning and connection in my life. I have extensive academic training and years of personal practice in yoga, meditation, nutrition, herbal medicine, and acupuncture. Please allow me to join you on your healing journey!
