We’re thrilled to highlight Lauren, one of our exceptional Charge Nurses at Mirabella Portland! With 10 years of dedicated service, she handles resident assessments, wound care, treatments, and medication in skilled nursing. What drives her passion? The incredible team that feels like family!

Her passion for working with long-term residents allows her to form deep connections, making her role incredibly fulfilling. Lauren emphasizes that everyone here supports one another and our residents, creating a positive and fun work environment. With fantastic management, she truly feels at home in our community.

Before joining us, Lauren gained valuable experience in hospitals and home health, where she fell in love with this nurturing atmosphere. We’re so lucky to have her on our team!
