Gentle Brow Care sessions can now be scheduled on their own once again!

For a time it only made sense in my schedule to offer these treatments as add-ons to a facial or massage session, but I am once again able to safely accommodate these shorter visits on their own.

Tending to this expressive area of the face is a true art form. I’ve always thought of eyebrow sessions as a collaborative and creative outlet. After nearly twenty years of experience, and developing a signature style blended from an array of classes and studies around hair growth patterns, I am invested in you *loving* your eyebrows.

Whether you have aches and tension that need to be addressed, feelings of dis-ease within the body that you can’t quite put a finger on, energetic tenderness or hardness that could use some compassion, or need to elevate your mood - massage is perfect medicine.

Touch healing is always of great importance, but can feel extra potent during times of stress or fatigue. Swedish, deep tissue, MLD (manual lymphatic drainage), craniosacral therapy and fascial release techniques can be blended to fit your unique needs. Cupping, gua sha, energetic healing work, aromatherapy and flower essence therapy are woven into every session, as needed or requested.

She has arrived.
Her colors and textures, her aromas and light. Spring has begun revealing herself to Portland, and my body lets out a big sigh of relief with every, tiny daffodil sighting. Find a royal daphne bush, breathe in as much as you are able of her unparalleled aroma. Search for a fuchsia camelia bloom in the tip tops of her commanding trees, right where the light hits. Notice the little green newness blanketing everything you pass on your walk.

This moment is so rich and powerful, and fleeting. Be open to every moment of it.

*Mindfulness exercise - be still outside (in your neighborhood, at a park, in your yard) and engage the Spring with all of your senses. What do you hear? See? Smell? Taste? Touch? What shifts do you sense, and how does it all make you feel?

For the folks living outside of Portland who desire gentle guidance from a licensed esthetician and massage therapist regarding skin or body health. For the local clients who may not feel called to in-studio sessions at this time but have needs that require support. For the folks who have questions about their skin or body care that in-studio sessions don’t allow enough time for - now we can have more of the deeply healing time and space we’ve always dreamed of.

Massage techniques, ingredient discussions, selecting home care products, guidance on skin care tools, optimizing lymphatic health, DIY care products, and so many other topics can be discussed and expanded on in a virtual, one-on-one setting. I’ve loved having the opportunity to connect deeply with the virtual session clients I’ve had so far! Seeing all of your sweet faces and holding space for us to soften and grow and prioritize mindfulness practices in this way has really touched my heart.

Full Heart Healing found a new home in November and we’re over the moon about it.

This space is quite personal to me. It’s design is a reflection of how I feel while sinking into the ease of a session with you. When you allow me to join you on the journey into your deep healing, this is what I see there. Soft, shimmering golds and lights. Blues hues that make your heart swell with comfort. Warmth and soft textures and playful plants surrounding you. That’s what your presence makes me feel, and how our work together makes me feel, and now I get to show you! What a dream.

This weeks’s sessions are postponed due to the unhealthy air conditions in Portland.

Whether it is with me, or another local practitioner, consider treating yourself to whatever care speaks to you and your needs as the sky clears and you feel safe to venture out once again. I know our bodies and skin will be in need of touch therapy after going through so much.

My friends, we collectively donated $420 directly to individuals and organizations supporting the Black community. Thank you so much for those who participated in this raffle, and to those who show up in a variety of ways for this movement today and everyday. It’s important that our efforts are ongoing until great and lasting change takes place.

Congratulations to one of my most favorite human beings of for such a generous donation and winning this lovey gift box. Elissa lives in Des Moines, Iowa and has chosen to donate her Full Heart Healing session to a local new mother in need of support. Yet another reason to adore Elissa’s giant heart💗

How generous of the Mimosa (Albizia) tree to bloom all over Portland, right when the city needs her nourishment most. If you should see or smell her sweetness, stop and allow her medicine to linger. Allow the ease of trauma and pain that she offers to envelope you, even if it’s only for a moment. Your nervous system and spirit will thank you for it.

•fills us with peace and contentment

For me Mimosa seems to lift what might be feeling hard to carry or move through, and allows the space created by the absence of that weight to fill with joy and ease. Our city, our country, our planet, everything we’re living through at this time, Mimosa medicine can provide so much support for.

What do you win?

It’s bigger - contributed to by a bunch of our favorite local, small businesses and practitioners to make it an especially supportive care package. It’s longer - running for a full week so we can ensure more folks see it and have an opportunity to participate. Rather than donate to the Full Heart Healing Venmo account to pass along to organizations I’ve selected, YOU get to choose who you support.

THE RULES:
