This is an interesting article on food allergies. I treat food allergies in my clinic and I see this all the time. People are often sensitive to corn, soy, eggs, wheat, and dairy and when they ask why I tell them to read the labels on the food they are buying. These things are in everything and often GMO modified, etc. We unfortunately live in a world where our food has a long list of ingredients.

Abbott Northwestern says that pain scores of those who received acupuncture alone dropped by the same amount as those who also received analgesic painkillers.

Kansas is currently one of five states that does not license acupuncturist. Come join the OAAOM this Thursday at the Clinton Street Theater for a viewing of "On the Road for Acupuncture". This film documents Kansas acupuncturists road trip to raise awareness and educate fellow citizens about the need for acupuncture licensing in Kansas.
