Starting Wednesday, May 27, this group is perfect for runners who are looking for a structured, supportive way to progress to longer running. Whether your goal is to finish your first 10K, improve your fitness after spring racing, or simply train with a motivating community, this group is built for you.
Each week includes guided group runs and coaching focused on:

Finish Strong Physical Therapy + Performance is an out-of-network provider, which means we do not directly accept insurances. We do this so that we can provide uninterrupted one-on-one care to get you to feel better faster. We will provide attentive, evidence-informed compassionate care to get you better faster and in less visits.

Based on your goals and our comprehensive exam, we will develop a treatment plan together to prioritize your success. We ensure you are in the driver’s seat on the road to recovery.

Our Reach the Beacon: Beach to Beacon 10K Training Group is a 10-week program designed to help you build endurance, confidence, and strength—so you can show up on race day ready to run strong.
Starting May 27, we’ll guide you every step of the way with:
✔️ Structured weekly training
✔️ Coached group sessions
✔️ A supportive, motivating community
Whether it’s your first 10K or you’re looking to level up after a spring season, this group gives you the plan, accountability, and coaching to get there.
Not sure you’re ready for a 10K yet? That’s okay. You can still jump into our Spring 5K group or Beginner group—we’ll meet you where you are and help you build from there.
