We have a beautiful and spacious massage studio located in the Everest Building in inner SE Portland, off Morrison right near Grand Central Bowling that we are looking to rent out. The following is a detailed description of the space, availability and cost for rent. The space is completely ADA accessible, with a parking garage with a ramp and elevator. The building itself is absolutely beautiful and is super quiet. There are mostly other therapists, lawyers, and tech people in the building. When you enter the front door, you are greeted with a lovely water fountain and plants. As you walk up the stone steps into the big open lobby, there are comfortable seats for your clients to wait, a drinking fountain that also has a filtered water bottle filler and two fountains on the second floor. There are bathrooms on each floor that are code entry only. The second floor, on which we are located, has a shower that you and your clients can use. The building is a locked, code entry building, and we have security cameras and neighborhood security guards that monitor the block which is lovely.
The studio itself is beautiful and relaxing, with live plants, a couch and plenty of storage. Every client who enters the space mentions how amazing it is, and they feel so relaxed and comfortable. Some clients have said it has a psychedelic vibe to it! 😊 We have a hydraulic table, Ashiatsu bars, Sarga attachments, a rolling stool and a wooden stool for Ashiatsu or Sarga, water dispenser that puts out hot, cold and room temperature water, a hot towel warmer, and a hot stone set and set up that therapists are welcome to use. We also have a desk, mini fridge, window with a nice view of the sky, and again plenty of storage. We absolutely love this space and are looking for like-minded, kind, clean, organized, respectable, and licensed massage therapist to share the space with us!
The area we are in is a wonderful part of town, with yoga studios, Market of Choice, Orange Therapy, many awesome bars and coffee shops, Grand Central Bowling, and Revolution Hall is just a short walk away! There are so many wonderful things going on in this neighborhood and the bonus is the Everest building itself is so quiet, beautiful, and relaxing inside.
Available days and times include Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday starting February first! $200/day/month.. meaning if you want Thursdays, you get Thursday each week for the month at a cost of $200. Rent is month to month!
