Our Story

So many people walk around in pain and think it is normal. Many more are out of touch with their own body. Our dream is to get people to fall in love with their body, get out of pain if they are in it and learn how to take excellent care of their best friend (their body).

Founded by Adinah Barlow in 2010, Lifelong Wellness is a self-care sanctuary. Because our mission is to put true health back into the hands of the people, we help our clients get in touch with their body through massage therapy, education and self-care coaching.

We therapists believe our well-being is paramount so that we are available to our clients and community, and so that we are an example of what we are teaching. Therefore, LifeLong Wellness is a sanctuary for its therapists as well.
