We officially have our first documented measles case in Oregon this year.

If you were born after 1957 and aren’t certain you’ve had measles or have been vaccinated against measles, it’s important to either get a measles titer or an MMR booster (there are some medications that preclude live vaccines so be sure if you are on immune suppressants, antiviral medications, or have serious immune issues, discuss with your provider.) People born between 1958 and 1970 are at particular risk of not being immune due to gaps in vaccine coverage and the use of an earlier, less effective vaccine during that time.

Note if you don't have insurance coverage you can order this test yourself on Ultalabs for about $30.

I was called to the land of the Maya in 2012, with no clue what was in store for me 🌺

You are a motivated, kind, capable office assistant looking for part or full time work, Tu-Fri, 2-4 full days per week. While healthcare experience is preferred, we will train the right person if you have a stellar personality, customer service experience, and are able to multitask in a busy medical office environment.
